Technical Assistant – Electrical Engineering – Renewable Energy – Benoni

Contract based for a minimum of 3 months

Job role includes:

·        Provide assistance to the company for product support, new technology innovation, managing technical customer queries, training of students based on training material

·        Provide technical support to the Director and Office staff and be proficient in product offering to support customers.

·        Some site work may be required as well as customer visits.

·        Provide some office assistance and liaising with students and training day logistics. Will support the trainer initially and thereafter take up the training role.

·        Report writing   Technology assessment and scanning the market for new and novel technology options to support company objectives.

Minimum requirements:

·        National Diploma or BTech Electrical Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution

·        MS Office proficient   AutoCAD experience advantageous

·        Previous experience with solar PV design advantageous

·        Valid unendorsed SA Driver’s Licence and own vehicle

Salary offer: R12 500-00 per month with potential performance bonuses
